PSL 2026 Auction: All 8 Team Squads Finalized

The first-ever Pakistan Super League auction has concluded, and all eight franchises have finalized their squads for PSL 11. In a historic move away from the draft system, 103 players were sold as the league embraced the auction format for the first time. Two new franchises — Sialkot Stallionz and Hyderabad Kingsmen — join the competition, while Rawalpindi replaced Multan under new ownership.

Each franchise had a base auction purse of PKR 45 crore, extendable to PKR 50.5 crore with a direct overseas signing. The season runs from March 26 to May 3, 2026.


Lahore Qalandars

The Qalandars have assembled one of the most fearsome bowling attacks in the league, led by Shaheen Afridi and bolstered by the acquisition of Haris Rauf (PKR 7.6 cr) at auction.

The most successful PSL franchise retained captain Shadab Khan and made headlines by splashing PKR 8.5 crore on Faheem Ashraf — one of the three highest bids of the auction.
